Order and Shipping Confirmation

Shipping Policy:
Thank you for visiting and shopping at lux bar & boutique. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. * Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Addresses:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct upon checkout. If you notice that the address is wrong after checkout, please email us at: [email protected]
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, if applicable.
          
 
Return & Refund Policy:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns:
 If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in to exchange the product for another one . THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL . EXCHANGES EXEMPT . You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you purchased it. customer must pay for return shipping cost. Item(s) must not be worn, torn, or damaged .  
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
